And of course, you have full approval on the final layout and design before the site becomes active.

Pricing for Basic Websites Starts @ $585.00

The Basic Website includes up to 5 pages uploaded and tested on the server. 5 POP email account, 300 MB of disk space and more...

The pages can be names as per your instructions. Typically, a web site would have the following pages:

Home Page - This is the first page the person sees when they go to your site.

About Us - About you or your company, including pictures of key management, credentials, experience, years established, anything that will add credibility with your customer.

Our Services/Product - This page would have information on your products or services that you sell, including pictures, descriptions. Etc..

Contact us - This page contain your contact details as well as an email address where you can be contacted.

Additional Page - to add a photo gallery, testimonies, links and more.

Additional Pages are $85.00 each.

You get all the features described for a Basic Websites and the total price is determined by the number of pages you need.

Examples:
Five Page Site needing registration of domain name - $615.00
Five Page Site not needing registration of domain name - $585.00
Ten Page Site - $1010.00 Etc..

Notes:

Hosting fee:
This Basic Website package includes one FREE year of hosting as well (a $130 value).
Web site hosting $11.50 per month or $1
30.00 at the end of the hosting year.

Domain Names:
You will either have to have registered your own domain or we can do this for you at an extra cost of $35 admin charge + registration fee of $30 per year (depending on the amount of years you want your domain, cost may very).

Artwork:
All the text to be supplied in word document format. All pictures, logos and images to be scanned and supplied in Jpeg, Gif, Tiff, Photoshop, or Bmp. file format to us. We can scan pictures and optimize them for the web, but there will be an extra cost for this based on the job.

Website Updates / Maintenance & Add On’s

You may wish to update your website occasionally. This service is provided
on an hourly basis with a one hour minimum. $65 (per hour)

More comprehensive changes, such as original graphics, scanning/ graphics processing, or programming other than HTML, are an additional cost and can be negotiate on a per job basis.

If your website requires regular updates, we can negotiate a flat rate Website Maintenance fee to simplify the billing process.

Text addition: 35 words or less of text. $35.00

Picture addition: Add 1 picture. $10.00

Scanning Pictures: $1 (per print)

Digital Photography:
If you need special photos taken for your website we charge by the hour. $115 (per hour)

Add Music to your site:

Music add-on's/updates- one hour minimum.: $65.00 (per hour)
Converting CD tracks from CD to MP3 and uploaded and tested on the server.

Additional Costs & Disclosures

Artwork:
Logos and pictures must be provided. Supplied graphics need to be in one of the following formats: Jpeg, Gif, Tiff, Photoshop, or Bmp.

Custom graphics and logos may be designed upon request for an additional
cost. A bid will be provided.
